What’s included in the subscription?

Weekly visits for tidy up, errands and virtual assistant services are basic services included in all subscriptions. All purchase receipts will be provided to customers. There’s no delivery fees.

2 visits per week includes:

  • Four virtual assistant tasks* per week

  • Water plants, Walk & Feed pet

  • Tidy up home
  • Six virtual assistant tasks* per week
  • Pick up / Drop off laundry, Dry cleaners, Pharmacy
  • Restock fridge and pantry
  • Water plants, walk and feed pet
  • Re-stock pantry, re-stock refrigerator
  • One (1) home deep cleaning per month
  • Send / Pick up packages
  • Two customized orders* (ex: tailor, search item)

 

* Virtual Assistant tasks and customized orders are based on time blocks of 15 minutes or less.
What Services does Venus Concierge offers?

Imagine having a Personal Assistant and a Butler at your fingertips. Venus Concierge completes errands that takes time away from what’s important to you, your family, business or even when you need some time for yourself. We offer three (3) subscriptions from basic home tidy up to full cleaning and virtual assistant. From doing your bed, groceries, a trip to the pharmacy and dry cleaners to deep clean your house, resolve a credit card charge to even walking your pet and water your plants. We call our team of professionals ” House Managers”.

What's included in my subscription?

Who is my Home Manager?
Venus concierge only hires professional team members that are personally interviewed, well referenced and background screened. Most of our team members bring vast experience from the hospitality industry, and have a clear understanding of high standards on quality, excellence service and to exceed expectations.
Is my Home Manager the same each week?
Yes. The team at Venus concierge believes in the value of long term relationships. Once your subscription is active, we will schedule a greet and meet with your Home Manager. In the event your Home Manager is not available, we will notify you in advance and introduce you a new Home Manager.

How do I subscribe?
Simple. Sign up here and we will contact you to schedule an appointment and to meet and greet your Home Manager. A happier life, is just a click away.
When do I get my bill?
Once you select your customized service package, you can choose weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing. Subscription cost will be deducted on your selected billing period on Friday Afternoon for services scheduled in the following week. We use your designated credit card as payment.
How are your vendors selected?
We’ll be happy to work with your favorite vendor, although customer satisfaction and quality is our top priority. Thru time we vetted a large network of local and small businesses. Often, they offer discounts we pass on to our customers and we’re able to negotiate the best deals. We perform site inspection and interviews with every new vendor.
What if I need to cancel an item?
We’re all humans and we change our mind now and then when we make a choice. Just give us a call or email us immediately of your change of mind and we’ll do the best we can to accommodate you.
